Reaching out to Dijon future Gal Pals!

Here’s a shout out to the Saint Mary’s College gals currently living and studying in Dijon, France…

Studying abroad is a fantastic opportunity for you gal pals in the making!  You are making friends for life that you will want to return to France to reconnect and reminice with.  The time goes quickly, non?

Please share with this SMC ’86 grad your “secrets” of Dijon and Burgundy!  Specifically, I would like information on hotels, restaurants, cafes, wine tours and shoe shopping in that area for my upcoming trip later in the year.  Jingjing (who studied there last year) tells me you gals have many things to share that are not found in the guide books.  Feel free to chime in on this blog and add comments.  Also, if any of you are authors in the making, I would love for you to be a “guest blogger” on this site.  If you are interested, just let me know and in return, upon your return to SMC, I will meet you in the fall on campus and help you with your resumes and job searches!  Deal?

Thanks so much Jingjing on behalf of all my readers and especially from my fellow gal pals who will benefit from your advice!
For those of you who don’t know Jingjing, she is from China and attends Saint Mary’s College and studied abroad in Dijon, France. This makes her tri-lingual, but I believe she might also speak Italian? Is that right Jingjing? Incredible young woman whom I am lucky to know!
