French Waterways: Rivers, Sea, Wine, Rain for FriFotos

French Waterways – water any which way I say! Each week there is something on Twitter called #FriFotos. It is a “virtual” chat with a theme where Twitter users post photos to Twitter following (loosely) the chosen theme that changes from week to week. Today the theme is “Wet” and I am one of the co-hosts for #FriFotos. The “#” is called a hashtag and followers can search different chats by searching # + whatever word they want to find (in this case FriFotos – which stands for Friday Photos). It’s really great fun. Here are some of the Paris photos that I will be sharing from France, Paris and Belgium  that are “Wet.” Captions for the photos can be found by hovering over the photo – text will appear. Please enjoy:

Enjoying Paris on the water is a fantastic experience! In fact there are 5,000 miles of navigable inland rivers and canals throughout France. Truly delightful, they pass through lovely countryside, historic towns and world-renowned cities.
